Refund policy

Returns
We are happy to return or exchange items within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment that.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded but sale items can be exchanged.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items within 14 days of purchase. To arrange an exchange please email desiree@clothingbydesiree.com
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs and we will then send the new item to you free of charge.
