HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF
Shopping Online is much easier when you know your size. Use this guide to find your size.
BUST
Measure around the widest part of your bust whilst wearing your most standard bra
WAIST
Measure around your natural waistline. Find this by putting your hands on your hips and then measuring from the top of your hands. For most people this is inline with your belly button
HIPS
To accurately get your hip measurement you need to measure around the widest part of your hips and bum.
TOP TIPS
The measuring tape should always be parallel to the floor. If you measure on an angle you will get an incorrect number
Remember to breathe. After placing the measuring tape around you take a full breath in and out. We tend to hold our breath when we get measured which doesn't give an accurate number, so take a breath and get it right.
When taking a measurement remember to not pull too tight, the tape shouldn't be slack but it also shouldn't be tight enough to cut into you.
